Conflict Coaching / Training

Mediation is an evolving discipline which borrows from many other areas of study including communication theory, psychology and organisational theory to seek resolution for parties.  Sala is able to provide conflict coaching which aims to provide people with tools to manage their disputes in a more constructive manner.

Conflict Change Consulting is able to partner with other professionals to provide a complete training programme, including NLP.

Dispute System Design

Although new to Hong Kong, dispute system design (DSD) is a key component of handling disputes in an appropriate manner. DSD takes into account the specific conditions of the industry, the company and the individuals involved to design a better of raising, managing and resolving conflict within organisations.

Facilitation and Dialogue

As a trained mediator, Sala is able to provide assistance to parties who are not in conflict but have reached a crossroads.  By facilitating dialogue, Sala can help to highlight the underlying issues and provide a process for constructive discussion. Having participated as a facilitator for a Days of Dialogue event at Juvenile Hall in Los Angeles, Sala has seen firsthand the potential for a learning discussion.
